Key Responsibility: Fundraising
- Identifying fundraising and research opportunities at local, national and international levels from donor agencies, bilateral funding agencies, international trusts and foundation to expand the income for specific projects
- Responsible for preparing projects proposals for grants and other public funding agencies and coordinating with donors for progress report
- Establishing and maintaining positive donor relationship with companies, funding organisations and institutions in order to generate resources for the Organisation
- Lead development of the fundraising strategy and annual fundraising plan and report to the management on progress
- Ensure internal and external funding report requirements are met
- Maintain an up to date database of donor contacts
- Identify and secure other core fundraising opportunities
Person Specification:
- Essential
- Excellent research and analysis skills
- Excellent knowledge, understanding & experience of fundraising in the voluntary sector with a proven track record of raising income – in particular, knowledge and understanding of identifying and working with major donors and trusts
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of fundraising standards and guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible attitude, with an ability to work effectively under own initiative and as part of a small team
- Desirable
- Knowledge of other fundraising areas beyond individuals and trusts, particularly corporates
- Experience of developing fundraising plans and strategies

Job Description:Candidate would be responsible for developing, editing, translation, copywriting, creative writing, proofreading of contents for print publications, websites, newsletters, brouchers and other print material.

Job Description:Candidate would be responsible for doing the entire designing & layout of print publications, Brouchers, banners, signages and other work related to conferences and exhibitions etc.
Desired Profile:Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Designing. The candidates must be proficient in Adope Photoshop, llustrator, indesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, Coral draw 13, pagemaker etc.
